We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.
Provide assessments and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders within scope of practice. Evaluate patient function, assist in developing care plans, and deliver therapy to improve communication skills. Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members to support ongoing care. Must hold an active speech pathology license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR certification, and have reliable transportation to serve multiple patient residences.
