Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a therapeutic, student-centered school serving individuals aged 5-22 and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Provide direct instruction in social communication, self-advocacy, reading, and writing while consulting on IEPs that focus on the whole child. Develop and manage speech, language, and literacy programming, guiding staff and supervising a small caseload. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in communication sciences or related field, ASHA certification, with preferred Vermont licensure and experience with students with significant challenges. Flexible hours and potential for Clinical Fellowship Year supervision available.
