We are seeking a compassionate *Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)* to join our outpatient health team.
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (individual, group, family) for diverse mental health conditions. Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with standards. Coordinate care with healthcare professionals and provide crisis intervention. Educate clients and families on coping strategies and resources. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality. *Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, active LCSW license in Georgia, and preferably 2+ years of experience.*
