The Weekend RN Supervisor is a full- or part-time clinical leadership role responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring quality resident care during weekend shifts.
Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring compliance with care plans and safety standards. Conduct resident assessments, respond to emergencies, and review incident reports. Serve as the top clinical leader on duty, providing coaching, addressing staffing issues, and promoting teamwork. Ensure regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and communication with families, physicians, and staff. Qualifications include an active RN license, minimum 2 years of clinical experience, and strong leadership skills. Work weekends with shifts typically lasting 8–12 hours; on-call may be required. Compensation ranges from $50.00 to $62.00 per hour, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and continuing education.
