Seeking a full-time Therapist II – Family to provide intensive, family-focused mental health services to children and families in homes, schools, and communities.
- Offering a $5,000 hiring bonus (installments at 6 months and 1 year), a $2,500 two-year retention bonus, and a $5,000 five-year milestone bonus.

- Minimum qualifications: Master’s degree in a related field, 2+ years of CASSP system experience, valid PA driver’s license, and clearances.
- Responsibilities include conducting intakes, assessing family needs, providing therapy, developing treatment plans, collaborating with agencies, and responding to crises.
- Must have strong ethical, cultural sensitivity, decision-making, and child development knowledge.
- Travel within Washington County, PA required. Pay ranges from $22 to $25 per hour.
