We are seeking a dedicated co-occurring mental health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary residential team, providing therapeutic services to adolescents using various evidence-based techniques.

This role offers professional development opportunities, including trainings, supervision, and coverage for license renewals from day one.

Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy

Implement behavioral interventions tailored to clients

Assist with milieu management and modeling interventions in real time

Maintain documentation per licensing and agency standards

Qualifications include a degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field, licensure (LMSW-cc, LCPC-c, LCSW, LADC), experience in evaluation and treatment planning, and familiarity with adolescent and substance use populations.
