Seeking a full-time Therapist II – Family to provide intensive, family-centered mental health services to children and families in homes, schools, and communities in Washington County, PA. The role involves conducting assessments, individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and collaborating with agencies to support client needs. Requires a master’s degree in a human services field, at least 2 years of CASSP system experience, and a valid PA driver’s license. Offers a $5,000 hiring bonus (paid in installments), a two-year $2,500 retention bonus, and a five-year $5,000 milestone bonus.
