We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Psychiatrist for an inpatient facility in Farmington, MO. This full-time, Monday–Friday role offers $220–$240/hr (negotiable) with approximately 40 hours per week.

Overview: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pediatric psychiatry, addiction counseling, and working with diverse populations, including children, geriatrics, and individuals with developmental disabilities. The role involves providing comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth care, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapies to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Perform psychiatric evaluations across age groups and settings.

Create and implement individualized treatment plans using medication management, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention.

Provide inpatient and outpatient care, including medication management and patient monitoring.

Offer specialized care for PTSD, addiction, developmental disabilities, and geriatrics.

Utilize telehealth platforms for remote services.

Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant medical records.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stay updated on mental health advancements.
