Nephrologists – ANY STATE LICENSE ACCEPTED

We are seeking a Board-Certified Nephrologist to provide on-site care for Veterans at a VA Medical Center.

  • Provide comprehensive nephrology care in inpatient and outpatient settings, including management of AKI, CKD, ESKD, fluid/electrolyte disorders, hypertension, nephrolithiasis, kidney transplant patients, and extracorporeal treatments.
  • Oversee and prescribe kidney replacement therapies such as hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
  • Offer bedside consultations for non-ambulatory patients and see outpatients as appropriate.
  • Document all care per VA policies and participate in quality and safety processes.
  • Be available for on-call coverage, with rapid response requirements (15-minute phone availability, 60-minute on-site arrival).

    • **Qualifications:** MD/DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Nephrology, active unrestricted license in the U.S., BLS/ACLS certification, and English fluency. Willing to complete VA credentialing.
