We are seeking a compassionate Physician to provide person-centered care in senior living communities, mentor APPs, and improve patient outcomes.

Perform history and physicals, conduct routine rounds, and manage complex cases collaboratively with APPs.

Oversee and mentor APP performance, ensuring clinical excellence and compliance.

Drive quality improvements and advocate for patients’ needs.

Represent the organization’s mission as a clinical leader in the community.

Qualifications include MD/DO, Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine, a valid license, DEA license, proficiency with EMR, and a team-oriented, motivated attitude.
