Our team includes a Clinical Quality Manager, Care Managers, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers, emphasizing behavioral health and population health.
The position involves seeing patients in a clinic setting with no inpatient duties. The clinic currently has 3 family physicians, 3 pediatricians, and 3.5 nurse practitioners.
