Speech Therapist- Home Health

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to provide in-home therapeutic services for diverse patient populations, primarily adults and seniors.

Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for speech, language, voice, fluency, cognition, and swallowing issues.

Deliver direct therapy sessions, monitor progress, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to ensure consistent, effective care.

Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to support ongoing improvement.

Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications include: valid SLP licensure, experience with seniors and early intervention, knowledge of speech therapy techniques, and OASIS software experience.

This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to positively impact patients’ lives in a patient-centered environment. Pay is $60/hour.
