Registered Nurse Supervisor

Seeking an RN Supervisor for overnight shift (11pm-7am) in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Provide clinical oversight by assessing resident conditions, ensuring care plan adherence, and monitoring quality of care.

Supervise staff including CNAs, LPNs, and RNs; offer coaching and delegation.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; maintain accurate documentation.

Coordinate communication with staff, physicians, families, and administration; manage admissions, discharges, and emergencies.

Handle administrative duties such as policy implementation, resource allocation, and staffing.

Qualifications: Active RN license, graduate of accredited nursing program, with preferred experience in long-term care or med-surg and knowledge of geriatric care and LTC regulations.

Pay: From $41/hr; 40 hours/week.
