Responsibilities:
- Serve as medical director for skilled nursing facilities, participating in quality initiatives and ensuring compliance
- Supervise and collaborate with NPs/PAs managing resident care
- Provide comprehensive primary care, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions
- Train staff and review clinical guidelines to maintain quality standards
Qualifications:
- Medical license and experience in patient care and managed care systems
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and physiology
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and relocate to Zeeland, MI
