Full-time Clinical Supervisor responsible for overseeing behavioral health staff, developing Spanish-language training programs, and providing direct assessment and treatment to youth and families.
Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Spanish-speaking trainees and licensed therapists, ensuring culturally-sensitive, ethical, and quality care.
Develop and implement Spanish-language counseling curriculum, supervise approximately 6 trainees, and manage day-to-day mental health services.
Maintain a clinical caseload as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Recruit, evaluate, and support clinical trainees and interns, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work or MFT, LCSW or LMFT licensure, 5+ years of clinical experience, and fluency in Spanish and English.
Requires strong cultural competence, supervisory skills, and ability to work in a community-based setting.
