Speech Language Pathologist – (SLP) – FT – Home Health -Clarksville

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Clarksville, TN.

  • Assess and evaluate patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in coordination with healthcare providers.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers to support therapy goals.
  • Provide services within state scope of practice, ensuring quality care.
  • Evaluate patient progress and assist in plan development.

    • Must have an active license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally.
