Speech Therapist- Home Health

We are looking for a compassionate Speech Therapist to provide in-home services, focusing on assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders, especially in adults and seniors.

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for patients of all ages, including early intervention children.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve communication, voice, fluency, cognition, and swallowing functions.

Deliver direct therapy sessions and collaborate with families and healthcare teams to ensure consistent care.

Monitor progress, adjust strategies, and educate patients and families on exercises and techniques.

Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications: Valid SLP licensure, experience with seniors and early intervention, knowledge of speech therapy techniques, familiarity with OASIS software, and excellent communication skills.
