Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Associate – Wisconsin Rapids – Direct Primary Care

Join a patient-first, physician-led primary care practice dedicated to thoughtful, quality care. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Wisconsin Rapids Care Team, collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to serve patients from birth to age 64.


  • Prior experience is preferred; ideal candidates are self-starters passionate about independent, patient-centered, and cost-effective care.
  • Enjoy working with a collaborative team, diagnosing and treating acute illnesses, ordering tests, prescribing treatments, performing procedures, and educating patients.
