We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to provide comprehensive care to infants, children, and adolescents.
Conduct thorough evaluations, diagnose, and manage a range of pediatric conditions across specialties. Develop individualized treatment plans emphasizing preventive care and health education. Utilize EHR systems like Epic for documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Guide families on developmental milestones and behavioral health issues. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain confidentiality. Participate in research or quality improvement initiatives. Requirements: Medical degree (MD/DO), valid pediatric licensure, board certification or eligibility preferred.
Experience in outpatient/inpatient pediatric settings; NICU or critical care experience advantageous. Proficiency with EMR systems like Epic. Strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to ongoing professional development. Pay: From $250,000/year.
