Seeking a full-time, Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine or Med/Peds physician to serve as a primary care provider in a community health center with over 50 years of service.
Provide comprehensive medical care across all ages, from infants to seniors, diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team offering services including dental, OB/GYN, optometry, behavioral health, nutrition, and social support. Extend coverage with some evening/weekend clinics; support/supervise mid-level providers; no inpatient hospital rounds required. Qualifications include MD degree, residency in Family Medicine, and board eligibility/certification; licensure, BLS, and DEA required; bilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole) preferred.
