Seeking a permanent, board-certified Physician (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds) for a well-established Community Health Center in Philadelphia, PA.
- Provide primary care to patients across all ages in an inner-city setting, emphasizing patient partnership and community needs.
- Manage a panel of established patients, ensure continuity of care, and participate in after-hours rotation.
- Promote wellness, chronic disease management, and patient education.
- Meet quality measures, handle insurance and grant requirements, and mentor learners.
Requirements include PA medical license, board certification or eligibility, and excellent communication skills.
