Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive outpatient care in Exeter, CA.

Conduct physical exams and health assessments for patients of all ages.

Develop personalized care plans, perform diagnostics, and interpret results.

Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.

Accurately document encounters in EHR systems and collaborate with healthcare team members.

Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications: Current FNP or PA certification with active California license, experience in primary care preferred, proficiency in EMR/EHR, strong clinical and communication skills, familiarity with medical coding.
