Seeking a Weekend Supervisor RN with a $2000 Sign-On Bonus at our Helena location.
Supervise staff, monitor patients, implement treatments, develop care plans, and administer medications. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations, maintaining high-quality resident care. Document care, communicate with physicians, and manage medication safety and effectiveness. Respond to emergencies, perform CPR, and ensure punctuality and attendance. Follow clinical policies, protect resident confidentiality, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills. Qualifications: RN license in the state, CPR certification, and preferred 6 months long-term care experience. BSN is preferred.
