The Pediatrician provides primary healthcare services to patients, including medical history assessment, physical exams, diagnostics, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
Perform examinations, interpret data, and determine appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Administer medications, immunizations, and perform wound suturing.
Educate patients and families on health, prevention, and treatment instructions.
Collaborate with the care team, participate in quality improvement, and support patient self-management.
Handle emergency evaluations, maintain accurate records, and follow safety and operational policies.
Maintain confidentiality, participate in professional development, and adhere to standards of conduct.
Qualifications include an M.D. or D.O., residency completion, NY State license, and relevant skills. This full-time role offers benefits and requires in-person work in Cortland, NY, with some travel. The salary ranges from $220,000 to $240,000 annually.
