Specialized Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with various wound needs across all ages, including seniors and toddlers.

Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop personalized care plans.

Perform sterile wound care procedures and monitor healing progress.

Educate patients and families on wound management and prevention.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Accurately document all interactions in electronic health records.

Participate in quality improvement and stay updated on wound care advancements.

Skills include proficiency in aseptic techniques, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in senior or medical-surgical care is preferred.
